Q: Are the Keepsake Bag's washing machine safe?
Yes! These are highly durable wee bags made of quality fabric. Pop them in a cold wash and dry in the shade.
Q: I'd love to personalise a name more than 10 characters, is this possible?
Potentially, although the standard sizing may have to be reduced to make it fit. Email us at hello@likardia.co.nz to inquire and we'll see what we can do for you!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We recommend you allow up to 12 working days to be safe, however we always aim to exceed this expectation wherever possible. We generally use a track and trace courier with photo proof of delivery. You'll receive track and trace details as soon as your package is dispatched. See our Shipping policy for more details
Q: I'm not happy with my purchase. What can I do?
As part of our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, we want you to love your Likardia bag as much as we do. However if it doesn’t completely win your heart, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery — simple, stress-free, and no awkward questions. Please email hello@likardia.co.nz in any such instance to arrange a return.
Note: This satisfaction guarantee is available on non-personalised products only. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Q; I miss spelled the personalised text on my customised order, what can I do?
Please double-check all names and details before placing your order. If you notice a spelling error after ordering, email us at hello@likardia.co.nz immediately. If its within 24 hours or order placement, we may be able to help, but once an order has entered production, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or accepts returns or refunds.
